She has a strong background in brand design, visual identity, and art direction. Skilled in translating high-level concepts into integrated campaigns that can be continually optimized for maximum creative effectiveness. Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple projects with accuracy and composure under tight deadlines. Adept at working cross-functionally to deliver top-notch content that exceeds expectations. When not working, she spends most of her time with her husband, Cailan, and their two dogs. She enjoys traveling, baking, gardening and organizing everything in sight. She’s currently obsessed with textile and interior design and with researching the next country she and Cailan can travel to.

While currently based in Asheville, NC, Alicia has lived in Brooklyn, Atlanta, and all around Ohio.

Where the name Seesaw originated

As a child just learning to speak, Alicia (uh-LEE-sha) was unable to properly pronounce her name, so she called herself Seasha. That named, paired with the ebb and flow of storytelling and child-like play that comes with being a creative, Seesaw was born.
